About this gene: The PLAAT2 protein has both phospholipase and acyltransferase activities and acts as a tumor suppressor. The PLAAT2 protein can hydrolyze dipalmitoylated phosphatidylcholine to palmitic acid and lyso-PC. In addition, this protein can catalyze the N-acylation of phosphatidylethanolamine and can catalyze the O-acylation of lyso-PC to form PC.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
