SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human HPS1 (HPS1 biogenesis of lysosomal organelles complex 3 subunit 1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human HPS1 qPCR Primer Set – HPS1 biogenesis of lysosomal organelles complex 3 subunit 1
Also known as: BLOC3S1, HPS
About this gene: HPS1 encodes a protein that may play a role in organelle biogenesis linked to melanosomes, platelet dense granules, and lysosomes. The HPS1 protein is a component of three different protein complexes termed biogenesis of lysosome-related organelles complex-3, BLOC4, and BLOC5. Mutations in HPS1 are linked to Hermansky-Pudlak syndrome type 1.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 3257; HGNC ID: HGNC:5163; UniProt: Q92902; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_000195.5; Chromosome location: 10q24.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
