SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SNRNP40 (small nuclear ribonucleoprotein U5 subunit 40, also called hPRP8BP) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human SNRNP40 qPCR Primer Set – small nuclear ribonucleoprotein U5 subunit 40
Also known as: 40K, HPRP8BP, PRP8BP, PRPF8BP, SPF38, WDR57
About this gene: SNRNP40 encodes a component of the U5 small nuclear ribonucleoprotein particle.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 9410; HGNC ID: HGNC:30857; UniProt: Q96DI7; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_004814.3; Chromosome location: 1p35.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
