About this gene: HOXB6 belongs to the Antp homeobox family and encodes a protein with a homeobox DNA-binding domain. The HOXB6 gene product is included in a cluster of homeobox B genes located on chromosome 17. The HOXB6 protein acts as a sequence-specific transcription factor that is involved in development, including that of lung and skin, and has been localized to both the nucleus and cytoplasm.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
