SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human LUZP4 (leucine zipper protein 4, also called CT28) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human LUZP4 qPCR Primer Set – leucine zipper protein 4
Also known as: CT-28, CT-8, CT28, HOM-TES-85
About this gene: LUZP4 encodes a leucine-zipper protein that was first defined as a cancer testis antigens. The LUZP4 protein is an RNA binding protein that interacts with the mRNA export receptor nuclear RNA export factor 2.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 51213; HGNC ID: HGNC:24971; UniProt: Q9P127; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_016383.5; Chromosome location: Xq23
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
