SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human AP3M1 (adaptor related protein complex 3 subunit mu 1, also called Mu3A-adaptin) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human AP3M1 qPCR Primer Set – adaptor related protein complex 3 subunit mu 1
About this gene: The AP3M1 protein is the medium subunit of AP-3, which is an adaptor-related protein complex linked to the Golgi region as well as more peripheral intracellular structures. AP-3 facilitates the budding of vesicles from the Golgi membrane, and it may directly function in protein sorting to the endosomal/lysosomal system. AP-3 is a heterotetrameric protein complex composed of two large subunits, a medium subunit, and a small subunit.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 26985; HGNC ID: HGNC:569; UniProt: Q9Y2T2; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_012095.6; Chromosome location: 10q22.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
