About this gene: HNRNPAB belongs to the subfamily of ubiquitously expressed heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoproteins. The hnRNPs are produced by RNA polymerase II and are components of the heterogeneous nuclear RNA complexes. They are linked to pre-mRNAs in the nucleus and appear to influence pre-mRNA processing and other aspects of mRNA metabolism and transport.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
