SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human HNRNPA2B1 (heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein A2/B1) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human HNRNPA2B1 qPCR Primer Set – heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein A2/B1
Also known as: HNRNPA2, HNRNPB1, HNRPA2, HNRPA2B1, HNRPB1, IBMPFD2, OPDM2, OPMD2, RNPA2, SNRPB1
About this gene: HNRNPA2B1 belongs to the A/B subfamily of ubiquitously expressed heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoproteins. The hnRNPs are RNA binding proteins and they complex with heterogeneous nuclear RNA. These proteins are linked to pre-mRNAs in the nucleus and appear to influence pre-mRNA processing and other aspects of mRNA metabolism and transport. While all of the hnRNPs are present in the nucleus, some seem to shuttle between the nucleus and the cytoplasm.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 3181; HGNC ID: HGNC:5033; UniProt: P22626; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_002137.4; Chromosome location: 7p15.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
