About this gene: OLFML3 belongs to the olfactomedin-like gene family which also includes genes encoding noelin, tiarin, myocilin, amassin, optimedin, photomedin, and latrophilin. The OLFML3 protein is a secreted extracellular matrix glycoprotein with a C-terminal olfactomedin domain that facilitates protein-protein interactions, cell adhesion, and intercellular interactions. The OLFML3 gene product serves as both a scaffold protein that recruits bone morphogenetic protein 1 to its substrate chordin, and as a vascular tissue remodeler with pro-angiogenic properties.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
