SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human AP3B1 (adaptor related protein complex 3 subunit beta 1, also called Beta-3A-adaptin) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human AP3B1 qPCR Primer Set – adaptor related protein complex 3 subunit beta 1
Also known as: ADTB3, ADTB3A, HPS, HPS2, PE
About this gene: AP3B1 encodes a protein that may play a role in organelle biogenesis linked to melanosomes, platelet dense granules, and lysosomes. Mutations in AP3B1 are linked to Hermansky-Pudlak syndrome type 2.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 8546; HGNC ID: HGNC:566; UniProt: O00203; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_003664.5; Chromosome location: 5q14.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
