SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human HMGN1 (high mobility group nucleosome binding domain 1) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human HMGN1 qPCR Primer Set – high mobility group nucleosome binding domain 1
Also known as: HMG14
About this gene: The HMGN1 protein binds nucleosomal DNA and is linked to transcriptionally active chromatin. Along with a similar protein, HMG17, the HMGN1 protein may help maintain an open chromatin configuration around transcribable genes.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 3150; HGNC ID: HGNC:4984; UniProt: P05114; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_004965.7; Chromosome location: 21q22.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
