SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human HMGB1 (high mobility group box 1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human HMGB1 qPCR Primer Set – high mobility group box 1
Also known as: HMG-1, HMG1, HMG3, SBP-1
About this gene: HMGB1 encodes a protein that belongs to the High Mobility Group-box superfamily. The encoded non-histone, nuclear DNA-binding protein regulates transcription, and is involved in organization of DNA. This protein is involved in multiple cellular processes, including inflammation, cell differentiation and tumor cell migration.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 3146; HGNC ID: HGNC:4983; UniProt: P09429; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_002128.7; Chromosome location: 13q12.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
