SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human HMG20B (high mobility group 20B) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human HMG20B qPCR Primer Set – high mobility group 20B
Also known as: BRAF25, BRAF35, HMGX2, HMGXB2, PP7706, SMARCE1r, SOXL, pp8857
About this gene: HMG20B is predicted to enable DNA binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in regulation of gene expression. It is predicted to act upstream of or within negative regulation of protein sumoylation; positive regulation of neuron differentiation; and skeletal muscle cell differentiation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 10362; HGNC ID: HGNC:5002; UniProt: Q9P0W2; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_006339.3; Chromosome location: 19p13.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
