SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human HLF (HLF transcription factor, PAR bZIP family member) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human HLF qPCR Primer Set – HLF transcription factor, PAR bZIP family member
About this gene: HLF belongs to the proline and acidic-rich protein family, a subset of the bZIP transcription factors. The HLF protein forms homodimers or heterodimers with other PAR family members and binds sequence-specific promoter elements to activate transcription. Chromosomal translocations fusing portions of HLF with the E2A gene cause a subset of childhood B-lineage acute lymphoid leukemias.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 3131; HGNC ID: HGNC:4977; UniProt: Q16534; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_002126.5; Chromosome location: 17q22
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
