SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human HLA-DRB4 (major histocompatibility complex, class II, DR beta 4) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human HLA-DRB4 qPCR Primer Set – major histocompatibility complex, class II, DR beta 4
Also known as: DR4, DRB4, HLA-DR4B, HLA-DRB, HLA-DRB4*
About this gene: HLA-DRB4 belongs to the HLA class II beta chain paralogues. This class II molecule is a heterodimer consisting of an alpha and a beta chain, both anchored in the membrane. The HLA-DRB4 gene product plays a central role in the immune system by presenting peptides derived from extracellular proteins.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 3126; HGNC ID: HGNC:4952; UniProt: P13762; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_021983.5; Chromosome location: 6p21.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
