SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human HLA-DRA (major histocompatibility complex, class II, DR alpha) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human HLA-DRA qPCR Primer Set – major histocompatibility complex, class II, DR alpha
Also known as: HLA-DRA1
About this gene: HLA-DRA is one of the HLA class II alpha chain paralogues. This class II molecule is a heterodimer consisting of an alpha and a beta chain, both anchored in the membrane. This molecule is expressed on the surface of various antigen presenting cells such as B lymphocytes, dendritic cells, and monocytes/macrophages, and plays a central role in the immune system and response by presenting peptides derived from extracellular proteins.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 3122; HGNC ID: HGNC:4947; UniProt: P01903; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_019111.5; Chromosome location: 6p21.32
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
