SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human HLA-DPA1 (major histocompatibility complex, class II, DP alpha 1, also called W3) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human HLA-DPA1 qPCR Primer Set – major histocompatibility complex, class II, DP alpha 1
Also known as: DP(W3), DP(W4), DPA1, HLA-DP1A, HLA-DPA, HLADP, HLASB, PLT1
About this gene: HLA-DPA1 belongs to the HLA class II alpha chain paralogues. This class II molecule is a heterodimer consisting of an alpha and a beta chain, both anchored in the membrane. The HLA-DPA1 gene product plays a central role in the immune system by presenting peptides derived from extracellular proteins.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 3113; HGNC ID: HGNC:4938; UniProt: P20036; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_033554.4; Chromosome location: 6p21.32
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
