SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human HLA-DOA (major histocompatibility complex, class II, DO alpha) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human HLA-DOA qPCR Primer Set – major histocompatibility complex, class II, DO alpha
Also known as: HLA-DNA, HLA-DZA, HLADZ
About this gene: HLA-DOA belongs to the HLA class II alpha chain paralogues. HLA-DOA forms a heterodimer with HLA-DOB. The heterodimer, HLA-DO, is found in lysosomes in B cells and regulates HLA-DM-mediated peptide loading on MHC class II molecules. In comparison with classical HLA class II molecules, HLA-DOA exhibits very little sequence variation, especially at the protein level.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 3111; HGNC ID: HGNC:4936; UniProt: P06340; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_002119.4; Chromosome location: 6p21.32
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
