SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human HLA-DMA (major histocompatibility complex, class II, DM alpha) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human HLA-DMA qPCR Primer Set – major histocompatibility complex, class II, DM alpha
Also known as: D6S222E, DMA, HLADM, RING6
About this gene: HLA-DMA belongs to the HLA class II alpha chain paralogues. This class II molecule is a heterodimer consisting of an alpha and a beta chain, both anchored in the membrane. DM plays a central role in the peptide loading of MHC class II molecules by helping to release the CLIP molecule from the peptide binding site.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 3108; HGNC ID: HGNC:4934; UniProt: P28067; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_006120.4; Chromosome location: 6p21.32
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
