SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human HLA-B (major histocompatibility complex, class I, B) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human HLA-B qPCR Primer Set – major histocompatibility complex, class I, B
Also known as: AS, B-4901, HLAB
About this gene: HLA-B belongs to the HLA class I heavy chain paralogues. This class I molecule is a heterodimer consisting of a heavy chain and a light chain. The heavy chain is anchored in the membrane.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 3106; HGNC ID: HGNC:4932; UniProt: P01889; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_005514.8; Chromosome location: 6p21.33
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
