SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ZBTB48 (zinc finger and BTB domain containing 48, also called hKR3) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human ZBTB48 qPCR Primer Set – zinc finger and BTB domain containing 48
Also known as: HKR3, TZAP, ZNF855, pp9964
About this gene: ZBTB48 enables multiple functions, including identical protein binding activity; sequence-specific DNA binding activity; and zinc ion binding activity. It is involved in positive regulation of DNA-templated transcription and telomere maintenance via telomere lengthening.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 3104; HGNC ID: HGNC:4930; UniProt: P10074; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_005341.4; Chromosome location: 1p36.31
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
