SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human AP1S1 (adaptor related protein complex 1 subunit sigma 1, also called Sigma1A-adaptin) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human AP1S1 qPCR Primer Set – adaptor related protein complex 1 subunit sigma 1
Also known as: AP19, CLAPS1, EKV3, MEDNIK, SIGMA1A
About this gene: The AP1S1 protein is part of the clathrin coat assembly complex which links clathrin to receptors in coated vesicles. These vesicles are involved in endocytosis and Golgi processing. This protein, as well as beta-prime-adaptin, gamma-adaptin, and the medium chain AP47, form the AP-1 assembly protein complex located at the Golgi vesicle.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 1174; HGNC ID: HGNC:559; UniProt: P61966; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001283.5; Chromosome location: 7q22.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
