SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human AP1M1 (adaptor related protein complex 1 subunit mu 1, also called Mu1A-adaptin) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human AP1M1 qPCR Primer Set – adaptor related protein complex 1 subunit mu 1
Also known as: AP47, CLAPM2, CLTNM, MU-1A, mu1A
About this gene: The AP1M1 protein is the medium chain of the trans-Golgi network clathrin-associated protein complex AP-1. The other components of this complex are beta-prime-adaptin, gamma-adaptin, and the small chain AP1S1. This complex is located at the Golgi vesicle and links clathrin to receptors in coated vesicles.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 8907; HGNC ID: HGNC:13667; UniProt: Q9BXS5; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_032493.4; Chromosome location: 19p13.11
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
