SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human AP1G2 (adaptor related protein complex 1 subunit gamma 2, also called G2ad) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human AP1G2 qPCR Primer Set – adaptor related protein complex 1 subunit gamma 2
Also known as: G2AD
About this gene: Adaptins are important components of clathrin-coated vesicles transporting ligand-receptor complexes from the plasma membrane or from the trans-Golgi network to lysosomes. The adaptin family of proteins is composed of four classes of molecules named alpha, beta-, beta prime- and gamma- adaptins. Adaptins, together with medium and small subunits, form a heterotetrameric complex called an adaptor, whose role is to promote the formation of clathrin-coated pits and vesicles.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 8906; HGNC ID: HGNC:556; UniProt: O75843; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_003917.5; Chromosome location: 14q11.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
