SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human HIF1AN (hypoxia inducible factor 1 subunit alpha inhibitor) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human HIF1AN qPCR Primer Set – hypoxia inducible factor 1 subunit alpha inhibitor
Also known as: FIH1
About this gene: HIF1AN enables multiple functions, including 2-oxoglutarate-dependent dioxygenase activity; NF-kappaB binding activity; and transition metal ion binding activity. It is involved in negative regulation of Notch signaling pathway and positive regulation of myoblast differentiation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 55662; HGNC ID: HGNC:17113; UniProt: Q9NWT6; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_017902.3; Chromosome location: 10q24.31
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
