SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human HHCM (Mahlavu hepatocellular carcinoma) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human HHCM qPCR Primer Set – Mahlavu hepatocellular carcinoma
Also known as: hhc(M)
About this gene: HHCM is unusual in that it is mostly made up of L1 repeat elements. However, there is a study suggesting that HHCM is transcribed and translated, and that it has oncogenic transforming activity when transfected into rat liver cells and NIH3T3 fibroblasts.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 10639; Chromosome location: 8q24.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
