SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human HERC1 (HECT and RLD domain containing E3 ubiquitin protein ligase family member 1, also called p532) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human HERC1 qPCR Primer Set – HECT and RLD domain containing E3 ubiquitin protein ligase family member 1
Also known as: MDFPMR, p532, p619
About this gene: This gen belongs to the HERC protein family. The HERC1 protein stimulates guanine nucleotide exchange on ARF1 and Rab proteins. The HERC1 protein may be involved in membrane transport processes.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 8925; HGNC ID: HGNC:4867; UniProt: Q15751; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_003922.4; Chromosome location: 15q22.31
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
