About this gene: NDC80 encodes a component of the NDC80 kinetochore complex. The NDC80 protein consists of an N-terminal microtubule binding domain and a C-terminal coiled-coiled domain that interacts with other components of the complex. The NDC80 protein functions to organize and stabilize microtubule-kinetochore interactions and is required for proper chromosome segregation.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
