About this gene: The HEBP2 protein is found predominately in the cytoplasm, where it is involved in the collapse of mitochondrial membrane potential prior to necrotic cell death. The HEBP2 protein enhances outer and inner mitochondrial membrane permeabilization, especially under conditions of oxidative stress.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
