SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human HEBP1 (heme binding protein 1, also called p22HBP) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human HEBP1 qPCR Primer Set – heme binding protein 1
Also known as: HBP, HEBP
About this gene: The full-length protein encoded by HEBP1 is an intracellular tetrapyrrole-binding protein. The HEBP1 protein includes a natural chemoattractant peptide of 21 amino acids at the N-terminus, which is a natural ligand for formyl peptide receptor-like receptor 2 and promotes calcium mobilization and chemotaxis in monocytes and dendritic cells.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 50865; HGNC ID: HGNC:17176; UniProt: Q9NRV9; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_015987.5; Chromosome location: 12p13.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
