SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ANXA7 (annexin A7, also called Synexin) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human ANXA7 qPCR Primer Set – annexin A7
Also known as: ANX7, SNX, SYNEXIN
About this gene: The alternative splicing event is tissue specific and the mRNA containing the cassette exon is prevalent in brain, heart and skeletal muscle. The transcripts also differ in their 3'-non coding regions by the use of two alternative poly signals. Annexin VII encodes a protein with a molecular weight of approximately 51 kDa with a unique, highly hydrophobic N-terminal domain of 167 amino acids and a conserved C-terminal region of 299 amino acids.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 310; HGNC ID: HGNC:545; UniProt: P20073; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001156.5; Chromosome location: 10q22.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
