SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human HCN4 (hyperpolarization activated cyclic nucleotide gated potassium channel 4) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human HCN4 qPCR Primer Set – hyperpolarization activated cyclic nucleotide gated potassium channel 4
Also known as: BRGDA8, EIG18, SSS2
About this gene: HCN4 belongs to the hyperpolarization-activated cyclic nucleotide-gated potassium channels. The HCN4 protein shows slow kinetics of activation and inactivation, and is necessary for the cardiac pacemaking process. This channel may also mediate responses to sour stimuli.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 10021; HGNC ID: HGNC:16882; UniProt: Q9Y3Q4; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_005477.3; Chromosome location: 15q24.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
