About this gene: The HCK protein belongs to the Src family of tyrosine kinases. The HCK protein is primarily hemopoietic, particularly in cells of the myeloid and B-lymphoid lineages. The HCK gene product may help couple the Fc receptor to the activation of the respiratory burst.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
