SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SDR39U1 (short chain dehydrogenase/reductase family 39U member 1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SDR39U1 qPCR Primer Set – short chain dehydrogenase/reductase family 39U member 1
Also known as: C14orf124, HCDI
About this gene: SDR39U1 belongs to the short-chain dehydrogenases/reductases superfamily, which includes both classical and extended types. The SDR39U1 protein represents an extended type, with similarity to epimerases.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 56948; HGNC ID: HGNC:20275; UniProt: Q9NRG7; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_020195.3; Chromosome location: 14q12
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
