About this gene: FGFBP1 encodes a secreted fibroblast growth factor carrier protein. The FGFBP1 protein plays a critical role in cell proliferation, differentiation and migration by binding to fibroblast growth factors and potentiating their biological effects on target cells. The FGFBP1 protein may also play a role in tumor growth as an angiogenic switch molecule, and expression of FGFBP1 has been linked to multiple types of cancer including pancreatic and colorectal adenocarcinoma.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
