SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ANXA2 (annexin A2, also called p36) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human ANXA2 qPCR Primer Set – annexin A2
Also known as: ANX2, ANX2L4, CAL1H, HEL-S-270, LIP2, LPC2, LPC2D, P36, PAP-IV
About this gene: ANXA2 belongs to the annexin family. Members of this calcium-dependent phospholipid-binding protein family play a role in the regulation of cellular growth and in signal transduction pathways. The ANXA2 protein acts as an autocrine factor which heightens osteoclast formation and bone resorption.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 302; HGNC ID: HGNC:537; UniProt: P07355; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_004039.3; Chromosome location: 15q22.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
