SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human HAVCR2 (hepatitis A virus cellular receptor 2) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human HAVCR2 qPCR Primer Set – hepatitis A virus cellular receptor 2
Also known as: CD366, HAVcr-2, KIM-3, SPTCL, TIM3, TIMD-3, TIMD3, Tim-3
About this gene: The HAVCR2 protein belongs to the immunoglobulin superfamily, and TIM family of proteins. CD4-positive T helper lymphocytes can be divided into types 1 and 2 on the basis of their cytokine secretion patterns. Th1 cells are involved in cell-mediated immunity to intracellular pathogens and delayed-type hypersensitivity reactions, whereas, Th2 cells are involved in the control of extracellular helminthic infections and the promotion of atopic and allergic diseases.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 84868; HGNC ID: HGNC:18437; UniProt: Q8TDQ0; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_032782.5; Chromosome location: 5q33.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
