SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human HAUS6 (HAUS augmin like complex subunit 6) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human HAUS6 qPCR Primer Set – HAUS augmin like complex subunit 6
Also known as: Dgt6, FAM29A
About this gene: The HAUS6 protein is a subunit of the augmin complex. The augmin complex is involved in microtubule attachment to the kinetochore and central spindle formation. The HAUS6 protein may have a role in efficient chromosome congression and segregation by promoting microtubule-dependent microtubule amplification.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 54801; HGNC ID: HGNC:25948; UniProt: Q7Z4H7; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_017645.5; Chromosome location: 9p22.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
