SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human GPR171 (G protein-coupled receptor 171) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human GPR171 qPCR Primer Set – G protein-coupled receptor 171
Also known as: H963
About this gene: GPR171 is predicted to enable G protein-coupled purinergic nucleotide receptor activity; neuropeptide binding activity; and neuropeptide receptor activity. It is predicted to be involved in adenylate cyclase-inhibiting G protein-coupled receptor signaling pathway; regulation of feeding behavior; and regulation of sensory perception of pain. It is predicted to act upstream of or within negative regulation of myeloid cell differentiation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 29909; HGNC ID: HGNC:30057; UniProt: O14626; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_013308.4; Chromosome location: 3q25.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
