SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human GUCY1B1 (guanylate cyclase 1 soluble subunit beta 1) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human GUCY1B1 qPCR Primer Set – guanylate cyclase 1 soluble subunit beta 1
Also known as: GC-S-beta-1, GC-SB3, GUC1B3, GUCB3, GUCSB3, GUCY1B3
About this gene: GUCY1B1 encodes a beta subunit of the soluble guanylate cyclase, which catalyzes the conversion of GTP to cGMP. The encoded protein contains an HNOX domain, which serves as a receptor for ligands such as nitric oxide.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 2983; HGNC ID: HGNC:4687; UniProt: Q02153; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_000857.5; Chromosome location: 4q32.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
