SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human GUCY1A1 (guanylate cyclase 1 soluble subunit alpha 1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human GUCY1A1 qPCR Primer Set – guanylate cyclase 1 soluble subunit alpha 1
Also known as: GC-S-alpha-1, GC-SA3, GCS-alpha-3, GUC1A3, GUCA3, GUCSA3, GUCY1A3, MYMY6
About this gene: Soluble guanylate cyclases are heterodimeric proteins that catalyze the conversion of GTP to 3',5'-cyclic GMP and pyrophosphate. The GUCY1A1 protein is an alpha subunit of this complex and it interacts with a beta subunit to form the guanylate cyclase enzyme, which is activated by nitric oxide.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 2982; HGNC ID: HGNC:4685; UniProt: Q02108; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001130682.3; Chromosome location: 4q32.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
