SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human GTF2H3 (general transcription factor IIH subunit 3) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human GTF2H3 qPCR Primer Set – general transcription factor IIH subunit 3
Also known as: BTF2, P34, TFB4, TFIIH
About this gene: GTF2H3 belongs to the TFB4 family. The GTF2H3 protein is a subunit of the core-TFIIH basal transcription factor and localizes to the nucleus. The GTF2H3 protein is involved in RNA transcription by RNA polymerase II and nucleotide excision repair and associates with the Cdk-activating kinase complex.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 2967; HGNC ID: HGNC:4657; UniProt: Q13889; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001516.5; Chromosome location: 12q24.31
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
