SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human GTF2H1 (general transcription factor IIH subunit 1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human GTF2H1 qPCR Primer Set – general transcription factor IIH subunit 1
Also known as: BTF2, P62, TFB1, TFIIH
About this gene: GTF2H1 enables nuclear thyroid hormone receptor binding activity. It is involved in positive regulation of DNA-templated transcription and transcription initiation at RNA polymerase II promoter.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 2965; HGNC ID: HGNC:4655; UniProt: P32780; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_005316.4; Chromosome location: 11p15.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
