SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human GTF2F2 (general transcription factor IIF subunit 2, also called TFIIF-beta) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human GTF2F2 qPCR Primer Set – general transcription factor IIF subunit 2
Also known as: BTF4, RAP30, TF2F2, TFIIF
About this gene: GTF2F2 is predicted to enable RNA polymerase II general transcription initiation factor activity. It is involved in positive regulation of transcription by RNA polymerase II; transcription elongation by RNA polymerase II; and transcription initiation at RNA polymerase II promoter.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 2963; HGNC ID: HGNC:4653; UniProt: P13984; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_004128.3; Chromosome location: 13q14.12-q14.13
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
