SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human GSTO1 (glutathione S-transferase omega 1, also called SPG-R) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human GSTO1 qPCR Primer Set – glutathione S-transferase omega 1
Also known as: GSTO 1-1, GSTTLp28, HEL-S-21, P28, SPG-R
About this gene: The GSTO1 protein is an omega class glutathione S-transferase with glutathione-dependent thiol transferase and dehydroascorbate reductase activities. GSTs are involved in the metabolism of xenobiotics and carcinogens. The GSTO1 protein acts as a homodimer and is found in the cytoplasm.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 9446; HGNC ID: HGNC:13312; UniProt: P78417; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_004832.3; Chromosome location: 10q25.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
