SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ANO10 (anoctamin 10) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human ANO10 qPCR Primer Set – anoctamin 10
Also known as: SCAR10, TMEM16K
About this gene: The transmembrane protein encoded by ANO10 belongs to the anoctamin family of calcium-activated chloride channels, also known as the transmembrane 16 family. The ANO10 protein contains eight transmembrane domains with cytosolic N- and C-termini. Defects in ANO10 may cause autosomal recessive spinocerebellar ataxia-10.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 55129; HGNC ID: HGNC:25519; UniProt: Q9NW15; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_018075.5; Chromosome location: 3p22.1-p21.33
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
