SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human GRIPAP1 (GRIP1 associated protein 1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human GRIPAP1 qPCR Primer Set – GRIP1 associated protein 1
Also known as: GRASP-1
About this gene: GRIPAP1 encodes a guanine nucleotide exchange factor for the Ras family of small G proteins. The GRIPAP1 protein interacts in a complex with glutamate receptor interacting protein 1 and is involved in the regulation of AMPA receptor function.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 56850; HGNC ID: HGNC:18706; UniProt: Q4V328; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_020137.5; Chromosome location: Xp11.23
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
