About this gene: The product of GRB10 belongs to a small family of adapter proteins that are known to interact with a number of receptor tyrosine kinases and signaling molecules. GRB10 encodes a growth factor receptor-binding protein that interacts with insulin receptors and insulin-like growth-factor receptors. Overexpression of some isoforms of the GRB10 protein inhibits tyrosine kinase activity and leads to growth suppression.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
