SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ARHGAP26 (Rho GTPase activating protein 26, also called GRAF1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human ARHGAP26 qPCR Primer Set – Rho GTPase activating protein 26
Also known as: GRAF, GRAF1, OPHN1L, OPHN1L1
About this gene: Interaction of a cell with the extracellular matrix triggers integrin cell surface receptors to begin signaling cascades that regulate the organization of the actin-cytoskeleton. One of the proteins involved in these cascades is focal adhesion kinase. The ARHGAP26 protein is a GTPase activating protein that binds to focal adhesion kinase and mediates the activity of the GTP binding proteins RhoA and Cdc42.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 23092; HGNC ID: HGNC:17073; UniProt: Q9UNA1; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001135608.3; Chromosome location: 5q31.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
