SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human GPR88 (G protein-coupled receptor 88) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human GPR88 qPCR Primer Set – G protein-coupled receptor 88
Also known as: COCPMR, STRG
About this gene: The GPR88 protein is a G protein-coupled receptor found almost exclusively in the striatum, a brain structure that controls motor function and cognition. Defects in GPR88 have been linked to chorea, speech delay, and learning difficulties, as well as some neuropsychiatric disorders.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 54112; HGNC ID: HGNC:4539; UniProt: Q9GZN0; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_022049.3; Chromosome location: 1p21.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
